What a Great Evening the Exhibition Opening Night Was!

Well, it was a smashing evening at the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral last night. Plenty of trophies for plenty of people. Plenty of cake and pop as well. What a magnificent setting for an exhibition.

Well done to Angelica Smith who has been awarded our most improved photographer award, not bad seeing as she joined the club but didn’t have a camera!!

Loads and loads of prints on the panelling and plenty of digital images on the big screen.

Wonderful to see so many familiar faces, guests and members. It was especially nice to see Reg Coleman’s wife as a guest of honour, and what a brilliant set of his images she is letting us show everybody. There is a lot to be learnt from them.

If you didn’t make it for the opening night, please come along during the next two weeks to see and admire the work of the South Liverpool Photographic Society. There is plenty of car parking and there is also the wonderful cathedral to see as well. If you wish to join us in our club we would be happy for you to come along and pay us a visit.

We would like to give a BIG thank you to ALL who have helped, and are helping stage this display of our work. Without you there would be nothing to show.
